Renowned for her dedication to marine education, Zenato captivated audiences with stories of her deep connection to these misunderstood ocean predators. Having personally removed over 300 fishing hooks stuck in sharks’ jaws, her pioneering efforts in shark behavioral studies and conservation in the Bahamas and other shark-populous ocean sites left a lasting impact.
