Miami, FL – October 7, 2024 – Yoga Shalvah was a special class that combined yoga, chanting, and meditation to honor the tragic events of October 7th, a day that shifted perspectives on the world. Participants came together to bring light, spread love, and find strength in community while navigating collective pain through movement and song.
