WRE News: Plans for Jungle Island Hotel Move Forward

Miami, FL – February 9, 2023 – The 19-acre, half-billion-dollar waterfront project to redevelop Jungle Island recently submitted permit to the City of Miami, moving forward with reshaping the historic landmark. ESJ Capital Partners is in discussions with LVMH to collaborate on the property’s dining and entertainment experiences. Part of the project includes the expansion of Joia Beach Club to include a 300 suite hotel and resort with a rooftop venue overlooking downtown and Miami Beach.
