Miami, FL – October 30, 2021 – On Saturday, October 30, over 2,500 costumed guests celebrated Halloween safely at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Downtown Miami during its 5th Annual Spooky Science Monster Mash. The day was filled with bone-chilling science experiments and creepy, cool encounters, including a special “Mad Science Lab” in the Knight Learning Center that invited guests to explore how bats fly and cauldrons bubble. Guests also had the opportunity to discover exciting science demonstrations by the American Chemical Society, trick-or-treat around the museum, and experience two new special exhibitions, “Skin: Living Armor, Evolving Identity,” and “X-Ray Vision: Fish Inside Out.” Event support was provided by Casa Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, Jackson Health System, Thermal Concepts Inc., and Kiddos Magazine.
