Miami, FL – April 23, 2021 – Odds Concept and EatUp hosted an earth day celebration on Friday, April 23rd where they brought together a crowd of fashion enthusiasts, artists, and sustainable businesses to celebrate fashion and all of earth’s treasures. The theme of the event was intergalactic, space travel. The mission was to be the brightest star in Odds galaxy, and we can confirm that all of the guests were shining with fabulous outfits and amazing energy.
The two artists at Odds Planet on Friday night were Jared Shaw from Fuck Your Label, and Lewis Beilharz from Beilharz. Jared Shaw reworked fashion pieces live under black lights, adding colors, phrases, and art to jackets and jumpsuits. Lewis Beilharz’s first ever live show had to be big; he painted a green & white piano with his famous style and designs. Walking around the event you could find some unique pop-up brands like Dot X/Moreau collaboration pieces which consist of reworked fashion and futuristic designs added onto sweaters. Beata hats displayed a unique collection of hats with phrases, patches, and symbols. Sayco Williams featured his collection of artistic money stacks, which is intended to manifest more money into our lives. Finally, Olga from Romanova Makeup gifted samples of her premium makeup to some of the women at the party.
The team wants to recognize the following brands and organizations who were part of making this event so unique and special for their sustainability and contributions in making planet Earth and its inhabitants a much better place: Galactic libations were served to guests throughout the night by Flor de Caña, a carbon neutral and fair trade certified premium rum, that has pledged to plant more than one million trees by 2025. Some cocktails were crafted using Reyka Vodka, which is an Icelandic vodka, distilled from wheat and barley. Other cocktails were served using Herradura Tequila which was recognized for implementation of clean technology, environmental awareness, continuous improvement programs, and sustainability targets for water, and greenhouse gas emissions. All cocktails were crafted with the help of our beautiful herb garden at Herb Garden Co. They create one-of-a-kind, hand crafted, fully repurposed, wooden, wine crate herb gardens; conveniently reusable and entirely sourced from South Florida vendors!
