HeyMama hosts Strong like a Mama Meditation & Talk

Miami, FL – July 24, 2019 – HeyMama celebrated their 4th Annual Strong Like a Mama event on Wednesday July 24th at Modern OM’s Bungalow, with a mindful meditation and wellness panel. The meditation was led by Amy Dannheim, co-founder of Tropical Vinyasa studio in Sunset Harbor, voted Miami’s Best Yoga Studio 2019 by the Miami New Times.

Later, Amy was joined by Andrea Crowder, co-founder of Spiritually Intimate, Danielle Bigby, life coach, and event host/moderator Megan Murphy-Bratich, who’s the Co-Founder of Get The People and leads the local HeyMama Miami chapter. The discussion explored what it means to be ‘Strong Like a Mama’ touching on health, both mental and physical, and how taking care of mama first can transform both your personal and professional lives.

Mamas enjoined rejuvenating light bites from Vista’s Restaurant and wine provided by Thrive Wines. Attendees also enjoyed gift bags filled to the brim with products from favorite brands Hickies, Captain Blankenship, Eighteen B, Rael, Foria, MD Solar Sciences, Pointe Studio and Little Spoon.
