Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2011 – South Beach Food & Wine Festival kicked off with the fifth anniversary of Amstel Light Burger Bash presented by Allen Brothers and hosted by Rachael Ray. Guests kicked back with a cold one–a perfectly chilled Amstel Light, that is–and sunk their teeth into dozens of juicy burgers that pushed the proverbial culinary envelope. No ordinary patty on bun, tonight’s event featured burgers with the most diverse flavors and fanciful toppings dreamed up by some of the country’s most inventive chefs. Guests were invited to cast their vote on their favorite for the People’s Choice award, and found themselves in an intense judging situation because they all were too loveable to resist.
