Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2019 – SOBEWFF was honored to celebrate two trailblazing women in the food and beverage industry at this year’s seated signature Tribute Dinner at our host Loews Miami Beach Hotel – acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Nancy Silverton, and Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery chief executive officer, Rhonda Carano. Silverton and Carano are outstanding representatives of an industry where so many innovators are women, and their accomplishments make them fitting role models for the future leaders of the hospitality industry. Widely respected author, editor and former restaurant critic, Ruth Reichl, will serve as the evening’s master of ceremonies to pay homage to these two pioneers in food and beverage.
