The National YoungArts Foundation & The Fountainhead Residency Celebrate James Allister Sprang at Mikesell Residence

Miami, FL – October 25, 2018 – The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) partnered with The Fountainhead Residency for a reception and studio tour to showcase current Fountainhead artist-in-residence and YoungArts alumnus James Allister Sprang (2008 YoungArts Winner in Visual Arts). Guests enjoyed cocktails and light bites at the home of Kathryn and Dan Mikesell, who founded the residency program, while mingling with a dynamic group of art patrons, influencers and tastemakers including Beau Beasley, Spring Dautel, Christopher DiSchino, Deborah Koch, Lee Cohen Hare, Rhonda Mitrani, and David Ross. Attendees had the opportunity to visit the studios, including a tour of Sprang’s current space for an inside look into the artist’s practice and process.
