Paramount Bay Grand Opening

Miami, FL – May 10, 2012 –Paramount Bay, the Biscayne Corridor’s newest coveted address, hosted their grand opening event on Thursday, May 10, 2012. Over 900 of Miami’s finest celebrated the unveiling of the 47-story waterfront residential tower designed by Arquitectonica with public spaces envisioned by Lenny Kravitz for Kravitz Design, Inc. The event marked the return of South Florida’s luxury real estate market and celebrated the tremendous success Paramount Bay has experienced since sales commenced in October 2011. With over 75 percent of units sold, Paramount Bay has attracted buyers from both domestic and international markets, registering more than USD $190 million in sales.

Smooth sounds from Jazz trio, The Per Lofgren, entertained partygoers as they sipped champagne and mingled in the 30-foot tall space that presents both indoor and outdoor areas defined by luxurious textures and earthy tones. A performance by Musicology, a collaboration featuring DJ Andre Xavier and electric violinist Jesse Mali, heightened the energy in the lobby before guests were treated to a special video appearance by Lenny Kravitz. A lavish menu featuring a selection of sweet and savory bites, including a ceviche table, antipasto and tapas, a slider bar and donut cart, was presented as the evening continued. Signature cocktails by GREY GOOSE Vodka were offered as guests were invited to indulge in hors d’oeuvres that included petit filet mignon, roasted Portobello with Morbier, and an elaborate sushi display.
