Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2018 – The world’s most famous butcher, Dario Cecchini, joined the SOBEWFF once again from Italy to combine forces with one of America’s most acclaimed names in Italian cuisine, Chef Michael White at Cecconi’s. Cecchini’s eighth generation passion for his craft inspires everyone around him at Antica Macelleria Cecchini in Chianti, and is only matched by his invigorating passion for life. James Beard Award-winning White is the driving force behind the Michelin-starred spots Marea and Ai Fiori in New York, amongst an array of other successful restaurants, and has been named of the 40 most influential New Yorkers under 40 by Crain’s New York Business. Together, these two culinary maestros joined Cecconi’s own Sergio Sigala at SoHo Beach House for an unforgettable tour of Italy, paired with wines from the Antinori family’s Guado al Tasso estate in Tuscany.
