Miami, FL – January 18, 2018 – Guests came out to PAMM in celebration of the third, and final, chapter of On the Horizon: Contemporary Cuban Art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection. Visitors explored the exhibition and joined in on art-making on the terrace, while members in the lounge enjoyed drinks courtesy of Absolut Elyx and Kim Crawford. Inside the auditorium, guests enjoyed an art talk by exhibition artists Carlos Garaicoa and Glexis Novoa, who discussed their work and its relation to the chapter’s theme of Domestic Anxieties. The evening culminated with a live performance by Cortadito, a traditional Cuban Son group that focuses on music of early Cuban origins, with salsa dancing underneath the stars.
