Biscayne Beach Grand Opening

Miami, FL – June 6, 2017 – Over 500 people gathered to celebrate Biscayne Beach’s grand opening, which was hosted by the developers Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners, along with celebrity designer and former TV star Thom Filicia – famously known for his role on the Emmy Award-winning show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Guests were thrilled to experience firsthand Miami’s newest luxury condominium and the mainland’s first Bayfront, private members-only Beach Club, while enjoying cocktails, savory American beach bites and live music throughout the beautiful building. Biscayne Beach is a 52-story, 399-unit luxury condominium developed in the heart of Miami’s East Edgewater district by a joint venture between South Florida-based Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners. Thom Filicia created the sophisticated ‘beach chic’ designs for the project’s common area amenity spaces, Beach Club level, and select residences. Luxury units include 1-to 3-bedroom condos, as well as six two-story upper penthouses that measure up to 12,000 square feet in size and feature private rooftop pools. Construction of Biscayne Beach was officially completed last month with approximately 99% of the project’s units already sold and under hard contract.
