VeritageMiami’s Auction & Bubbly Brunch at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne
Miami, FL – March 26, 2017 – Brand new to this year, VeritageMiami culminated with an Auction and Bubbly Brunch featuring signature dishes from the restaurants of the king of southern fare, John Kunkel. The event featured a Perrier Jouët Champagne Reception followed by a delicious family-style southern brunch prepared by John Kunkel and his 50 Eggs Inc. team of James Beard-nominated and award-winning restaurants – Yardbird Southern Table and Bar, Swine Southern Table and Bar and the newly opened Spring Chicken. Unique bourbon cocktails, thanks to Heaven Hill Brands, emphasized the southern heritage of the dishes being served, and one-of-a-kind experiences were auctioned off. Guests also enjoyed all of today’s top hits with a classic twist from Hip Bop Jazz Band.
