Respected as one of the foremost chefs in the Basque Country, Goikolea hails from Azurmendi, a 2016 Three Michelin Star Restaurant and N.16 Position in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants this year.  Alejandro Muguerza, President of Le Basque; Ian Perris, Co-founder and Executive Vice President; Jim Mozina, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer; and their fine staff treated guests to a contemporary, well-curated reception featuring a taste from their new menu creations.  Select dishes included The Apple Bonsai, Foie and Apple Tatin Prailines; Herbed Lobster Cones; Crispy Cannelloni of Oxtail, Chick Pea Reduction; and Torrija, Merengada Milk Ice Cream.  Celebrated for creating events designed by their natural elegance, Le Basque delivered a truly memorable evening.
