Miami, FL – January 21, 2017 – The Race Of Champions (ROC) – one of the most captivating and competitive entertainment events in sports – made its historical U.S. debut inside Miami’s Marlins Park this past weekend for #ROCMiami. The world’s best race came to America’s fastest city as Marlins Park was transformed into a cutting-edge race track that hosted motorsport champions from Formula 1, NASCAR, IndyCar, Le Mans, Rally X and Action Sports. ROC Miami featured racing’s biggest stars – including Travis Pastrana, Sebastian Vettel, Helio Castroneves, Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch, Felipe Massa, David Coulthard and Tom Kristensen. But – it was one of Miami’s fastest residents, Juan Pablo Montoya – that claimed victory on Saturday to earn the coveted title of Champion Of Champions. To celebrate, ROC and its official hotel partner EAST, Miami, (The Magic City’s hottest new lifestyle hotel & residences at Brickell City Centre) hosted a VIP Driver Party where the ‘best of the best’ enjoyed the best Miami has to offer. With a LIVE DJ, Latin tambores music and dancers – the party was a festive affair as VIP guests mingled and enjoyed craft cocktails atop the 20,000-square-foot pool deck overlooking Downtown Miami.
