Miami Beach, FL – December 14, 2016 – Miami’s newest haute eatery, Now and Zen, celebrated its grand opening with a blowout celebration. Eager to try the inventive cuisine from Nobu‘s Chef Yung Ngo Hong, invited guests crowded into the mighty doors of the new South of Fifth hotspot and glided into the fête, where passed canapés and creative cocktails were presented for guests to try. And it definitely gained the seal of approval from Miami’s elite tastebuds, as the crowd mingled long throughout the night, filling themselves up with exotic sushi rolls and mouth-watering Vietnamese and Dim Sum bites.
