Miami, FL – November 17, 2016 – Stephanie, Jules and Eddie Trump of Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach hosted the 21st Annual I Have a Dream Foundation Miami Gala at Turnberry Isle Resort. The evening raised more than $600,000 benefitting the I Have a Dream Foundation Miami Dreamers. The Trump family founded the Miami-Dade chapter of the Foundation in 1995. South Florida philanthropists joined 48 Dreamers for a magical evening which included a silent and live auction with prizes from a 10-night California Dreamin’ package to a magnificent 11-night Italian Experience, entertainment by rising Miami star Cameron Wheeler and a delectable four-course menu. The Dreamers wowed the guests with a beautiful performance from stomping to dancing and singing as well as a wonderful monologue by one of the Dreamers who is currently at the New World High School.

The I Have a Dream Foundation provides children in low-income communities the opportunity to pursue higher education, capitalize on their talents, and fulfill their leadership potential by offering the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. The Foundation guarantees the children’s academic tuition at a Florida state university for a four-year degree or at an accredited trade school.
