Miami Design District Presents 1st Annual “FASHION FIGHTS CANCER” Honoring Angeles Almuna

Miami, FL – October 14, 2016 – For its first edition, Miami’s top fashion influencer and photographer, Angeles Almuna was honored with the dedication of a mural by local artist, Abstrk on the iconic Living Room Wall located in the Miami Design District. Titled “Angeles x Cancer,” the piece has been painted to commemorate Almuna’s battle with cancer as well as provide hope to all those who are suffering, suffered, or have lost a loved one to cancer. The “FASHION FIGHTS CANCER” celebration took place at the Moore Elastika Building. The harmonious French Horn Collective, Z Architects and DJ Michelle Leshem will perform, along with passed bites by the Design District’s new neighbors, Estefan Kitchen, desserts by Sweet Guilt and refreshments by Whispering Angel Rose and Peroni.
