The Harbour Unveils Sales Gallery with An Evening Summer Soiree
Miami Beach, FL – July 21, 2016 – The Harbour, a two-tower, 425-unit eco-serene luxury condominium development in North Miami Beach, Florida, hosted the official grand opening of its Sales Gallery at 400 Sunny Isles. Co-developed by seasoned real estate investment and development firms Key International and 13th Floor Investments, the waterfront project is currently under construction at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard. Nearly 200 of South Florida’s top brokers, influencers and VIPs attended the event, where they sipped champagne and enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres amidst live music within the new, two-story sales center that opened to an expansive waterfront terrace and marina. As the sun set on the bay, the evening featured a grand production that awed guests ─ a dramatic, seven-man jet-pack show with a harmonic display of choreographed acrobatics, where performers tested the limits of gravity by walking on water and soaring through the air. The crowd moved throughout the indoor-outdoor setting that exuded the flow-through ambience synonymous with The Harbour. Through the meticulously-detailed design of the interior space, guests had the opportunity, for the first time, to experience an in-person glimpse of The Harbour’s lifestyle.
