Dezer Development Hosts Inaugural ‘Compass New Development Council North America’

Sunny Isles, FL – May 26, 2016 – Dezer Development hosted the inaugural meeting of the newly-launched Compass New Development Council North America at the Trump International Beach Resort. The New Development Council is tasked with creating new markets for developers within a network consisting of top brokers that have been hand-selected from Compass’s 22 solely-owned regional offices across the U.S. Unique for the development arena, the strategy melds Compass’ top agents and the new technology platform, with the goal of accelerating sales within Compass’s ever-growing network. The 30 hand-selected agents on the Council – inclusive of Compass’s New York; Washington, D.C.; Boston; Hamptons, California and local Miami offices – participated in a two-day meeting designed to highlight the value of branded real estate, as well as address the overall state of the luxury market. They also received a sneak peek of the new application for Residences by Armani/Casa, developed by Evolution Ventures, a leading technology company that is revolutionizing the way real estate information is mapped, shown and searched through its digital sales platforms designed for luxury real estate developments.
