Miami’s Biscayne Beach Condominium “Tops Off” Construction at 52 Stories

Miami, FL – May 6, 2016 – Miami’s highly-anticipated Biscayne Beach condominium is one step closer to completion. The 391-unit luxury tower currently under construction in downtown’s East Edgewater neighborhood reached an important milestone last week when it topped-off construction at 52 stories. The momentous occasion was celebrated during a special “topping off” party hosted by general contractor Plaza Construction at the project’s site at 2900 NE 7th Avenue along Biscayne Bay. With approximately 99% of its units already under contract, only three residences remain for sale at the nearly sold-out tower. Biscayne Beach is on track for delivery in late 2016.
