Residences by Armani/Casa’s 2016 Miami International Boat Show Kick-Off Brunch

Sunny Isles, FL – February 12, 2016 – The Residences by Armani/Casa welcomed the 2016 Miami International Boat Show in sublime style, inviting top brokers to enjoy brunch on the 7,500-square-foot beachfront terrace of the development’s stunning design center. A strolling Spanish singer-guitarist serenaded guests as they sipped fresh-squeezed Mimosas and made to order coffee and indulged in French pastries and delicious eats. Following brunch, brokers were treated to exclusive access to the Boat Show, courtesy of the developers. Industry powerhouses Gil Dezer of Dezer Development and Jorge Perez of The Related Group unveiled the 8,500-square-foot design center, complete with an exquisite model unit, in February. Exclusively designed by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio under the artistic direction of Giorgio Armani, the design center features design concepts of the luxurious residential units, common areas and amenities for the developers’ latest joint project.
