Miami, FL – February 12, 2015 – Lionheart Capital, developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, and VanDutch, the renowned Dutch brand of finely crafted Yachts, celebrated the Miami International Boat Show with an exclusive kick-off affair along with media partner Miami Magazine at the luxury residential development’s sales gallery. VanDutch, the official yacht brand for The Residences, showcased its award-winning fleet at the on-site private boat dockage, including the development’s personal VanDutch 40 day yacht. The event drew notable yachting aficionados, industry players and media powerhouses that share a passion for boating the world in style including Miami Marketing Group Partner, David Grutman, CEO of Boich Group, Wayne Boich and American Actor and Model, Vincent De Paul. Throughout the evening guests were treated to a refreshing VanDutch Rosé tasting and hors d’oeuvres while admiring the sleek VanDutch yachts. While mingling and munching, guests explored the modernist-designed sales gallery, which features a high-tech media wall, including holograms, mini-dioramas of the project, a 3D expansive scale model as well as a screening room featuring a short film on The Residences narrated by Italian architect Piero Lissoni.
