A Glimpse Into Mara Hoffman & MIKOH

Miami Beach, FL – July 19, 2014 – As we made our way through endless catwalks and over-the-top fashion presentations last weekend we were able to stop by two of the hottest shows from the week, Mara Hoffman and MIKOH. As we entered the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week tent at the Raleigh Hotel we were immediately greeted by designer Mara Hoffman herself with her stunning models in tow, prepping for their runway debut later in the evening. As time rolled by an anxious crowd, including actress Serinda Swan and model Tori Praver, poured in to catch a glimpse of the vivacious India inspired collection filled with extensive patterns and vibrant colors. Following the awe-inspiring show we then jetted over to the first ever debut runway show for Mikoh. It only seemed fitting that man of the water and famed pro surfer, Kelly Slater, would be sitting front row ready to check out all the sexy, wanderlust inspired pieces. The killer “Into the Sea” collection boasted of modern and minimalistic prints as well as sleek yet rich, texturized silhouettes that are sure to make any beach babe stand out.
