Dreams by Olaf Breuning
Miami Beach, FL – January 26, 2014 – Sunday afternoon couldn’t have provided more gorgeous weather for families and friends of all ages to catch Miami Symphony Orchestra at Collins Park presented by Bass Museum of Art as they celebrated their 50th anniversary kick-off event. Along with the free concert, attendees were able to admire incredible sculptural art pieces designed by Olaf Bruening, Emmett Moore, Christy Gast, Michelle Lopez, Phil Wagner, Santiago Roose, Ursula von Rydingsvard and Matthew Monahan. The free concert put on by the orchestra attracted the ears everyone surrounding and even encouraged those nearby to dance along to the sweet sounds. Many opted to bring blankets and have a picnic as they relished all the artwork and musical talents around. Sponsors of the event include ArtPlace America, Knight Foundation, Mercantil Commercebank, and Perrier.
