Miami, FL – March 24, 2013 – The end of Ultra Music Festival‘s 15th Anniversary was huge in so many ways- not only was it the end of the first-ever two weekend EDM festival in music history, but it was also closed out by leaders in EDM, Swedish House Mafia, for their last set together as a trifecta. SHM’s prodigy, Alesso, at just 21 years old, has been taken under the wings of these three who have helped mentor the young DJ as he’s quickly exploding all over the music scene and becoming the next big thing. After collaborating together on songs like “Calling” with SHM’s Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso has become like an unofficial younger brother to the guys. So it only seemed right that on the night of their final performance together, Alesso would play his set at Ultra’s Main Stage before SHM’s “The Final Curtain.” Before these two incredible sets, World Red Eye went backstage with Alesso to capture all the excitement, and somewhat bittersweetness, right before the SHM show.
