Hallandale Beach, FL  – March 30, 2024 – Fierceness, owned by Repole Stable, dominated the competition in the 1ST Racing Curlin Florida Derby at Gulfstream Park by a record-setting 13 ½ lengths yesterday. Rider Johnny Velazquez and trainer Todd Pletcher each broke their own Florida Derby records with their 6th and 8th wins, respectively.
