Miami, FL – November 4, 2023 – Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay is thrilled to announce that Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN, the multi-national fine dining restaurant inspired by the hit television series, will open on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Located at 333 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the expansive restaurant sits on the north bank of the Miami River in Downtown Miami’s Met Square Complex, the heart of the city’s urban center.
“Miami is such a special place – the culture, the food, and the people are unmatched. I’ve been a huge fan of the Magic City for so many years and couldn’t be more excited to officially open a restaurant here. We look forward to becoming a part of the fabric of Miami, beginning with the opening of Hell’s Kitchen.” says Gordon Ramsay.
The restaurant’s menu features Ramsay’s signature classics such as Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The three-course prix fixe menu with curated wine pairings highlights fan-favorite dishes, while vegetarian and vegan versions are also offered, such as vegan Tomato Saffron Risotto and Pan-Seared Tofu Scallops. Additionally, guests can find dishes created just for Miami, including Steamed Mussels with Spanish chorizo, tomato saffron broth, and grilled baguette; and for a sweet finish, Churros with cinnamon sugar, Mexican chocolate sauce, and dulce de leche ice cream. The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Ramsay himself.
The 16,000 square-foot, two-story restaurant features an expansive ground-floor patio, terrace, open kitchen, two bars, two chef’s tables, and multiple private dining rooms. Guests will be drawn to the cookline, designed to be the focal point of the restaurant, with its vivid colors and dramatic lighting that reflects off of sleek white marble counters. Diners seated on the second floor will be able to view “the show” from above through a large opening in the floor. Beyond the cookline, effortless light tones with hints of contrast pair with brass accents for an added touch of luxury, with splashes of color creating moments of excitement against a neutral palette.
