Miami, FL – October 24, 2023 – Fiola Miami hosted the iconic Gaja winery and its inimitable winemaker, Gaia Gaja, for her second visit to the Coral Gables, fine-dining Italian restaurant renowned for their monthly wine dinner series. The sold-out evening began with a canape reception at 7 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Daniel Ganem with wine pairings by Head Sommelier Daniel Bishop. Dinner included Kampachi Crudo; Wild Mushroom Salad; Agnolotti Al Tartufo Bianco; Margaret River Wagyu Filet Saltimbocca; and ended on a sweet note with Montebianco. Nearly 100 guests attended the $1,000 per person dinner. Fiola Miami has received Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” for four consecutive years and has hosted more than 70 wine dinners featuring some of the world’s most prestigious wineries and their esteemed proprietors.
