Miami, FL – December 5, 2012 – A select group of local influencers gathered on Wednesday afternoon for a private luncheon at Paramount Bay in downtown Miami. The event was hosted by the property’s ownership groups, iStar Residential and ST Residential, along with Fortune International, in celebration of Art Basel Miami Beach and the overall enormous success of the project. Guests mingled inside the Club Room – a space created by Lenny Kravitz and his team at Kravitz Design Inc – while enjoying afternoon cocktails and a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres.
