4th Annual Shop to Stop MS

Miami, FL – November 14, 2012 – On Wednesday night, The University of Miami MS Center of Excellence, in partnership with the National MS Society’s South Florida Chapter, hosted the fourth annual SHOP TO STOP MS at Saks Fifth Avenue Dadeland. Guests were given the opportunity to meet Terron Schaefer EVP, Chief Creative Officer and Judge on NBC’s Fashion Star for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Fine wine, cocktails and tastings were provided by these local eateries: Town Kitchen & Bar, Fare to Remember, Joanna’s Marketplace, Bunnie Cakes, Southern Wine & Spirits, Pernod Ricard USA and Casa Larios. Guests also purchased a limited-edition Stop MS T-shirt or Stop MS scarf exclusively designed by Peace Love World, and one hundred percent of each purchase price was donated to University of Miami MS Center of Excellence MS Research and Patient Care Fund.

The University of Miami MS Center for Excellence focuses its attention on the diagnosis and treatment of Multiple Sclerosis, as well as clinical research. This year they teamed up with the National MS Society’s South Florida Chapter to bring added awareness to Shop to Stop MS.
