Miami, FL – April 3, 2025 – Luxury hospitality brand Proper Hospitality is bringing its signature style to Miami with its first residential project in Florida.

Midtown Park Residences by Proper, set to debut in 2028, will feature 288 residences across 28 stories in Midtown Miami, within walking distance of the Design District and Wynwood. Partnering with Rosso Development and Midtown Development, Proper aims to replicate the success of Austin Proper Residences, blending high-end design with a vibrant urban location.

Residences will boast 10-foot-high ceilings, wraparound terraces, and designer kitchens featuring Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium appliances. Bathrooms will be spa-inspired, with glass-enclosed showers, Hansgrohe brass fixtures, and Jade ceramic walls, while penthouses will offer private rooftop terraces and pools.

The project will be designed by Arquitectonica Architecture, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by NATURALFICIAL, offering a mix of studios to three-bedroom units, plus a collection of penthouses averaging 3,150 square feet.
