Miami, FL – March 26, 2025 – Faena, the ultra-luxurious hotel known for attracting the wealthy and well-connected, is set to open its first NYC location this spring at One High Line.

Designed by Bjarke ingels, the 120-room property will offer stunning views of the Hudson River and skyline, with interiors crafted by Paris-based Gilles & Boissier to blend contemporary elegance with the area’s industrial heritage.

Beyond its striking design, the hotel will feature a 5,000-square-foot restaurant led by Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann, specializing in open-fire cooking.

Guests can also indulge in the 17,000-square-foot Tierra Santa Healing House, a spa and wellness center offering exclusive treatments and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
