Ken Griffin
Miami, FL – March 31, 2025 – Billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin is putting his Miami penthouse on the market for $23 million.
Griffin, through a company tied to his firm Citadel, owns the 9,200-square-foot full-floor condo at the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum. His 2021 purchase of the unit for $18 million was previously unreported due to its ownership under a Delaware LLC. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse is currently unfinished, featuring bare floors and ceilings. The listing is handled by Douglas Elliman’s Lourdes Alatriste, though she has not commented.
Griffin has been expanding his real estate holdings in South Florida, owning high-profile properties in Palm Beach, Miami Beach, and Miami. Since relocating Citadel to Miami in 2022, he has made record-breaking purchases, including a $107 million estate in Coconut Grove and a $157.5 million assemblage on Star Island.
He is also developing a $1 billion-plus office tower in Brickell with Related Companies, designed by Norman Foster.
