Miami, FL – March 6, 2025 – The Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) relaunched its interactive 3D Development Mapping Tool, offering a detailed look at new and ongoing real estate projects across downtown Miami, including Brickell, the Central Business District, and the Arts and Entertainment District. In partnership with CyberCity 3D and powered by Nextspace, the platform features over 7,000 meticulously modeled buildings and tracks more than 70 projects shaping the city’s evolving skyline. Christina Crespi, CEO and executive director of Miami DDA, highlighted the tool’s role in providing real-time insights for investors and the public. With a user-friendly interface, the map enhances engagement, investment strategy, and infrastructure planning, showcasing Miami’s rapid growth.
