Taste of Italy with Torno Subito Miami & Oro By Hotel Cipriani

Miami, FL – March 20, 2025 – Two Michelin-starred Italian restaurants came together last week for an unforgettable culinary experience in Miami.

Torno Subito Miami, the first U.S. restaurant by Massimo Bottura, teamed up with Venice’s Michelin-starred Oro by Hotel Cipriani for a special two-night dinner series, A Taste of Italy, on March 20 and 21.

Led by chefs Bernardo Paladini and Vania Ghedini, the event fearueed a six-course tasting menu blending rich Italian traditions with global influences, transporting guests on a journey through authentic flavors. Dishes highlighted iconic ingredients from both Miami and Venice, including a unique take on the Venetian saor technique and creative reinterpretations of Italian classics.
