Miami, FL – March 18, 2025 – ONE Park Tower marked a major milestone with its topping-off celebration, signaling the completion of its exterior structure and the next chapter for the SoLé Mia community. Guests enjoyed private tours of the 33-story Arquitectonica-designed tower, taking in the “So Real, It’s Surreal” theme amid oversized beach balls and the breathtaking Crystal Lagoon®. With new additions like Sesame Bakery by Motek, Reserve Padel, and Pura Vida, the area is quickly emerging as a dynamic lifestyle destination. Once completed, the tower will feature 292 luxury residences and three floors of penthouses, offering panoramic views of the ocean, Miami skyline, and Oleta River State Park.
