Miami, FL – March 23, 2025 – Nearly 200 Miami-based real estate professionals gathered at Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design in Wynwood for the Jewish National Fund-USA’s 2nd annual Real Estate Division Flagship Reception. The exclusive philanthropic event raised funds to help rebuild communities in Israel devastated by terrorism. Keynote speaker Ivan Kaufman, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Arbor Realty Trust, shared his insights, while a panel discussion featuring Russell Galbut, Marisa Galbut, and Simon Ziff explored the future of real estate development in South Florida. The evening also highlighted Jewish National Fund-USA’s efforts to rebuild communities in Israel’s northern and southern regions, with a focus on the Housing Development Fund’s impact.
