Miami, FL – March 30, 2025 – ARKHAUS launched its exclusive Off The Grid Dining series with an intimate, Michelin-starred experience aboard its solar-electric yachts. Guests arrived via private limo tender before stepping into a setting of refined luxury on Biscayne Bay. Two Michelin-starred Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa of Sereia crafted a three-course menu designed as a “love letter to the sea,” delivering a culinary journey that captivated every palate. Elevated above the water with ARKHAUS’ advanced anchoring system, the evening offered a seamless fusion of innovation, elegance, and world-class dining.
