The Evolution of Miami’s Culinary Scene: Becoming an International Foodie Destination with Jean-Georges & David Martin

Miami, FL – February 21, 2024 – Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences introduces a first-of-its-kind residential experience in the Miami Design District. A collaboration between Terra, Lion Development, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, this 49-story tower features 329 impeccably designed residences, with services and amenities curated by Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences and design studio Yabu Pushelberg.

In celebration of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Miami Tropic hosted an intimate cocktail event at the sales gallery, offering guests a firsthand experience of Jean-Georges’ signature hospitality. Guests sipped handcrafted cocktails and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres served from the building’s new Jean-Georges food truck, while taking in a compelling conversation between David Martin and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Martin began by diving into Vongerichten’s renowned career, giving attendees a glimpse of how the chef has revolutionized the way we eat. Then, the two visionaries explored Miami’s evolution into an international foodie destination and discussed how the chef will translate his culinary expertise into a modern residential lifestyle.
