Mike’s Amazing Burger Bash Presented by Schweid &Sons Hosted by Rachel Ray

Miami, FL – February 20, 2025 – Burger lovers gathered in Miami Beach as South Beach Wine & Food Festival® kicked off with the highly anticipated Mike’s Amazing Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons® Beef Burgers hosted by Rachael Ray, where local favorite Skinny Louie claimed the top prize.

The four-day festival opened Thursday, drawing foodies to sample some of the best burgers from 25 competing chefs. Hosted by Rachael Ray, Burger Bash featured over 8,000 pounds of meat and creative creations like Wagyu smash burgers, crispy tempura onions, and cacio e pepe tots.

After a fierce showdown, Skinny Louie won the coveted Schweid & Sons The Very Best Burger Award, while La Birra Bar Burgers took home the Side Dish Award and its $2,500 prize.
