Jacques Pepin 90th Birthday Tribute Dinner at Sereia

Miami, FL – February 18, 2025 –  On the evening of legendary Chef Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday this past Tuesday, Sereia Miami held a 6-course Collaboration Tribute Dinner. The collaborative dinner featured dishes carefully crafted by Chefs Henrique Sá Pessoa, Miguel Massens, Norman Van Aken, Michael Schwartz, Michael Beltran, Daniel Ganem, and Soraya Wadia Caraccioli Kilgore. Proceeds from the dinner benefit the Jacques Pépin Foundation which seeks to provide culinary education to those seeking a career in hospitality and to improve the lives of young culinary professionals.
