Miami, FL – February 20, 2025 – One West Twelve Residences and E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond hosted a celebratory culinary and conversational journey at the projects’ experiential sales gallery. The evening began with an engaging discussion between eight-time James Beard Foundation award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson, Michael Simkins, President and CEO of Lion Development Group, and Ryan Shear, managing partner of Property Markets Group. Moderated by Tracy Wilson Mourning, this panel discussion explored the dynamic transformation of Overtown and Downtown Miami, the future neighborhoods of One West Twelve Residences and E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond, and the exciting future that lies ahead for these vibrant communities.
