The trio took the stage for live cooking and mixology demonstrations, offering expert insights and showcasing their signature techniques. Guests indulged in expertly crafted bites and cocktails while engaging in a dynamic conversation with the chefs. Later in the evening, acclaimed chef Esther Choi led an interactive mixology class featuring Malfy Gin, guiding attendees through the art of crafting signature cocktails.
