Ailey Student Residency at Arthur & Polly Mays Conservatory for the Arts

Miami, FL – February 25, 2025 – Members of the Ailey II company visited Arthur & Polly Mays Conservatory of the Arts for a dance workshop. The workshop was part of the company’s weeklong education and community residency in Miami ahead of their sold-out performance at the Arsht on February 28. Based on Alvin Ailey’s signature work, Revelations, the workshop introduces students to the work and mission of Alvin Ailey and allows students to connect this story to their own life experiences, community and the broader world around them.
