Miami, FL – February 25, 2025 – The Bass hosted its 2nd Annual Golf Classic on Tuesday, February 25th with an exciting day of golf, meaningful connections, and philanthropy set against the stunning backdrop of the Miami Beach Golf Club. This year’s event embraced a retro “Swinging Sixties” theme, drawing inspiration from cultural icons like Jackie Gleason, Morris Lapidus, James Bond, and The Beatles. Participants were invited to showcase their vintage golf attire as they competed in a friendly tournament featuring contests for longest drive, closest to the pin, and most creative foursome.
Following the tournament, guests gathered for a celebratory luncheon and awards ceremony, highlighting the day’s winners and fostering a sense of community. Proceeds from the event support The Bass’ education programs, ensuring that art remains accessible to all through free, high-quality educational initiatives. Whether teeing off on the green or joining the post-tournament festivities, attendees played a vital role in supporting the arts and inspiring creativity in future generations.
