Miami, FL – January 28, 2025 – The Delmore – an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium in Miami’s Billionaire’s Triangle – was unveiled to top-producing residential real estate brokers from across South Florida, who joined together to learn more about the state-of-the-art, 12-story project.

The Delmore is being developed by Dubai-headquartered DAMAC International, one of the world’s premier developers of high-end residential properties. On-site for the presentation was the project’s architect, internationally acclaimed Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), along with the exclusive broker, Douglas Elliman, and leaders from DAMAC. Chris Lepine, Director of ZHA, Jay Phillip Parker, Chief Executive Officer of Brokerage/Florida Region for Douglas Elliman, and Jeffery Rossely, Senior Vice President of Development for DAMAC International, unveiled never-before-seen renderings and models of the plush, boutique property.

Located in the Town of Surfside, The Delmore will be a marketplace one-of-one, featuring 37 mansions in the sky and complemented by white-glove services, 200 linear feet of sandy beachfront, and more than 55,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities, including a sky-high acrylic pool and a sprawling, 20,000-square-foot meditation garden.
