Miami Beach, FL – December 2, 2024 – Miami Beach has a new hotspot: Ray’s Bar Miami has opened with a night to remember. Last night, Authentic Hospitality Partners— Carlos Quirarte, Matt Kliegman, Matt Charles, and Nicholas Braun —celebrated the grand opening of Ray’s Hometown Bar in Miami Beach. The festivities began with an intimate dinner at Broken Shaker, a beloved local gem, where guests enjoyed a menu curated by Michelin-starred chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra, featuring dishes like creamy garden pesto rigatoni and sizzling shrimp skewers.

The excitement carried over to Ray’s Hometown Bar, the brand’s first venture outside of New York. Attendees sipped on Codigo cocktails, danced to a vibrant mix of classic country tunes and modern hits, and soaked up the lively atmosphere as the Miami outpost welcomed its first wave of “Ray-gulars.”
