Miami Beach, FL – December 2, 2024 – The second edition of ALCOVA has arrived in Miami, captivating design enthusiasts during throughout this week at the historic Miami River Inn in Little Havana.
Following its acclaimed debut last year, the international design platform transforms this lush, jungle-like Victorian-era venue into a vibrant showcase of site-specific installations, exhibitions, and performances. Visitors can experience a seamless blend of tradition and innovation, where designers, galleries, and institutions reimagine the boundaries of contemporary design.
This year’s installation features over 40 exhibitors, including emerging talents like PANORAMMMA, made by ASTRONAUTS, and Jirah Joshua, alongside celebrated contributors such as Objects of Common Interest and crafting plastics! studio. Highlights include a city-inspired project by Lucas Munoz Munoz in the central plaza and a bold pool installation by Los Angeles-based Ananas Ananas.
